Frequently Asked Questions
How are leads distributed to verified members?
When a patient submits an inquiry, we route it to verified members based on: (1) Territory ownership - if you own the patient's neighborhood, the lead goes exclusively to you. (2) If no territory owner exists, the lead goes to all verified members in that area on a shared basis. Free listings do not receive direct lead routing.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your verified membership or territory ownership at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period - you'll retain all benefits until then. No long-term contracts or cancellation fees. If you claimed a territory, it becomes available for other dentists once your subscription ends.
What happens if a territory I want is already claimed?
If a territory is marked as "Claimed," it means another dentist currently owns the exclusive lead rights for that area. You can join our waitlist for that territory, and we'll notify you immediately if it becomes available. In the meantime, you can still be a verified member and receive shared leads from unclaimed territories, or claim a different available territory.
